How do I order?+
Open any product, tap “Order on Instagram”. Your order details are copied for you — paste them into the chat, add your name, full address and phone number, and send. We confirm within the hour.
Do you have other sizes?+
No — every piece is one free size. Every Ishelle piece is personally hand-picked from Thailand in a single free-size cut — it is not manufactured in Bangladesh. No seller in Bangladesh can offer this exact design in a different size, so free size is the only size that exists for it.
How much is delivery?+
৳70 inside Dhaka (1–2 days), ৳130 outside Dhaka (2–3 days). You pay cash when the parcel arrives.
Can I exchange?+
If a piece arrives with a fault, message us within 3 days with a photo and we'll exchange it. We can't exchange for size, since there's only one.
Is it in stock?+
Everything on the site is ready stock in Dhaka. If a piece sells out before we update the site, we'll tell you on WhatsApp and suggest the closest one.
